The course calendar provides a rolling record of lectures and readings as well as Lecture and Discussion Questions (LDQ) to consider before the lecture and that often show up on . The course syllabus sets out course requirements which now reflect the hybrid mode of this course. The syllabus will not change one it is considered final, though we need to be a little flexible in the face of the ongoing pandemic. The syllabus has all the required textbooks and other readings (most of which are available as pdfs). If in a course related url let me know by email so I can fix it. Also let us know if you have trouble viewing videos, transcripts or subtitles are often available for the PBS documentaries, most YouTube videos will create an “open transcript” automatically if you click the three horizontal dots next to “SAVE” in the lower right-hand corner (unfortunately many PBS videos don’t offer this feature, but they often provide transcripts separately.
